Add values for `status` and `symptoms` columns (get from gsheet) #5

Currently the status and symptoms columns are returning all nulls. Not sure about the reason.

A work around would be to get the data from the spreadsheet below, which is manually populated (open source). On top of the columns above, a bunch of others are also included. Make sure that in all the new columns to the dataset.

Solved by PR above
