I Know is something simple but it doesn´t works for me. I tried to "install from file" this new version, but it doesn´t appear on the addons list, I tried also to put it directly on the directory on Mac ).../Application Suport/Blender/addons/2.8 and still not apperaring I have same problem with sverchok. Can you help me with that?

Solved! I had the wrong version
