Fixes #295 Update to the latest version of jest-environment-jsdom (24.0.0) to patch vulnerability in braces (requires >= 2.3.1)

I think there might still be a need to update the yarn.lock through lerna.
What I'm not sure about is whether the individual package yarn.lock files should be present. I think they can go.
