Looks like you can borrow docker files from https://github.com/ideonate/cdsdashboards

working now: https://github.com/slemonide/simple_jupyterhub

[x] voila server installed
[x] figure out authorization
[x ] figure out how to update git repo for dashboards modification;
[ ] figure out how to write notebooks in myst and ipynb (add a jupytext.toml file to notebook repo)

@slemonide -- having some issues with eoas05 voila -- 1) pretty hard for more than one person to use at once (slow response times), 2) removes any voila dashboards created during a session after logout. Can you do some benchmarking with apache ab, along the lines of https://github.com/voila-dashboards/voila/issues/417
