Consolidated Cucumber tests by finding keywords and reducing redundancy. Went from 485 lines to 448 in step definitions file.

Anticipate adding additional when steps in scenarios to make cucumber tests more thorough. These will updated as cucumber tests begin being implemented. Leaving this here for now to move on to other work. Leaving in to-do because it ongoing
