Moving tab with shortcuts doesn't scroll tab into view #242

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open many tabs so the tab list overflows
  2. Scroll to the top of the tab list
  3. Select the last visible tab (while having some tabs underneath that are hidden)
  4. Press Ctrl+Shift+Page Down to move the selected tab down

Expected results

Tab list should scroll down to keep the selected tab in view

Actual results

Tab list does not scroll
