When Firefox is restarted and a session restored (with multiple windows if that's relevant), Tab Center will show the tabs from the previous session properly. However, often, tabs that are newly opened afterwards are not shown at all. This can be fixed by closing and reopening the sidebar, but ideally shouldn't happen in the first place.
