See title. Fixes #268. Doesn't correct #283, since they seem different but if you want you can try and convince me they should really be done together.

Note that the tab-attention.svg is the same as the one we use in firefox (https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/themes/shared/tabbrowser/indicator-tab-attention.svg). I don't know if there are licensing issues with this (I think it should be fine?), but if there are it should be easy to use something else.

Thank you for taking the time to fix that, I agree the icon looks meh in a vertical tab setting, but this is a worthwhile addition, thanks again!
