No tabs visible after session restore. #314

Similar to #284, but different enough that I'm filing a new bug. I've seen it a couple times now, it seems to happen after a failed session restore where it opens up the list of tabs to reopen. New tabs didn't appear in the sidebar either (which might be related to 284? It's possible there are multiple bugs at play here)

No tabs are visible in the sidebar, I didn't see anything in the browser toolbox log either. Not sure if this is our bug, a Firefox bug, or a combination of both.

Closing and reopening the sidebar doesn't fix it, restarting Firefox was the only fix I found. Next time it happens I'll try and see if it's present in a new window, which I didn't try.

I have this Issue too, but switching to bookmarks sidebar and back to tabs is a reliable fix for me.
