[Feature request] Allow mouse wheel to scroll while dragging a tab #322

Currently, if you have a long list of tabs and need to move last tab to the beginning of the list, you have to drag last tab to the top part of the list in order to scroll up.

It would be convenient in terms of user experience to allow using mouse wheel to scroll up/down the list, while dragging a tab with LMB.
