Since Firefox 62 (I think), TCR 0.7.1 exhibits weird behavior.
Some tabs, for reasons unknown, get moved to the bottom of the tab bar when they're openend, and remain there. If the stuck tab is used to open child tabs, e.g. by middle-clicking, these child tabs are opened on top of the stuck tab, instead of underneath as would be expected.
Stuck tabs can be unstuck by manually moving them to a different position, as long as that position is not near its child tabs, it seems.
