Confirmation of action for close tabs related actions #400

It would be great to have been asked if I really want to close other tabs/tabs underneath.

Use-case: I have about 50 open tabs and want to close all tabs below 25th, but at last moment I miss and click Close Other Tabs.

As result:

  1. I'm angry
  2. Hitting Ctrl+Shift+T with increasing rage until buffer ends (it ends on 10th tab).
  3. Start listenning Placebo along with Attila (very dangerous combination).
  4. Start drinking.
  5. I'm fired.
  6. My family rejects me.
  7. Even my cat rejects me.
  8. I end my life with a bottle behind trash can with "Song to Say Goodbye" in my ears.

So, if tabcenter would have had a confirmation prompt about whether I really want to close 49 tabs, I could increase speed of following my self-destruction check-list by completely removing first 2 steps :)

Also it would be nice to add confirmation prompt about tab reload if there are more than 10 tabs (it is REALLY slow)
