leads going to wrong country - URGENT #313

related to the previous issue. some analysts have intermittent issues when they use the addon for a website, by default the event is let s say "Somalia". they want to change to "China" but the add on doesnt want to change and stay blocked on "somalia". The problem is intermittent and not systematic, for some analysts and not for some others.

Does this have to do with the fact that some crises are only assigned to some analysts? also i have seen that in the crisis panel we now have an admins for each crisis, should our analysts systematically register themselves as admins? or is it a completely separated problem?

Admins for crisis only limit access to crisis panel itself and the "assigned to" field is basically not used in any logical operation. They should not affect adding leads at all.

The problem is really strange and we are trying to find its cause.
