User profile -add organisation #437

Under the user profile, can we add a field for "Your organisation" in the top Bar? image

this will allow to track who is working for who in the future and ask them money...

Also add a "where are you based?" with a menu for countries so we can map where users are stationed

Those fields should be mandatory

The organization name will be pulled from the registration process and the country name wlll have to be selected via edit button. Both fields are editable btw.
