Add Turkish localization #7

I translated it according to the files that are changed in the French pull request. And also in the fastlane directory, English folder is named both with language and country codes, should it be the same for translations too?

Thanks for that; it's brilliant. Just the country code is sufficient, as far as I know. I think it's just that F-Droid requires an en-US in order to pick up a default. At least, that's my reading of the docs: https://f-droid.org/en/docs/All_About_Descriptions_Graphics_and_Screenshots/
