We want to automate the creation of the IAM Role needed for Neptune to write events to the Pistachio diagnostic Kinesis stream. This will need to be added to the Pistachio CloudFormation template as it is needed to be created in the proper AWS account.
Pistachio staging role "PistachioStagingAdDefenseRole":
Allow "kinesis:PutRecords" on "pistachio_staging_diagnosticsstream*" for the proper AWS account ID (mpmobi-sandbox)
Pistachio production role "PistachioProdAdDefenseRole":
Allow "kinesis:PutRecords" on "pistachio_prod_diagnosticsstream*" for the proper AWS account ID (neptune)
