Allow widget to be resized #30

Additional requirements for the desktop widget

[x] Widget can be resized between three possible sizes (5x3, 5x2, 5x1)
[x] Up and down arrow icons for the 5x2 and 5x1 size to assist with scrolling
[x] 5x1 view shows only the article title and source
