When comparing the elapsed time for a job over a period we noticed a 'dip' in the night when time changed from summertime (CEST) to wintertime (CET). Although the elapsed time in the monitor appeared correct:
However, when we realized that in between the start and the end time the time had changed from summer to winter time we noticed that the elapsed time was approximately the same as usual. We calculated the correct elapsed time by converting both the start and the end time to UTC and determine the elapsed time from these:
