The webapp generates this error when flow_completion_mode in SASWeb/SASEnvironment/SASMacro/dimon_usermods is set to 3 or 4 and no flows have yet been run, causing the LSF_FLOW_STATUS format to not be created.

A quick fix is to run one flow in LSF.
