The parameters 'codes' and 'hospitals' should be taken over when switching between languages:

/de/systems/2?codes=01,21A,19&hospitals=560,515,452,397 => /fr/systems/2?codes=01,21A,19&hospitals=560,515,452,397

instead of: /de/systems/2?codes=01,21A,19&hospitals=560,515,452,397 => /fr/systems/2
