Web interface error message improvement when entering -ve or 0 rate OR -ve or 0 eos when leasing or staking #10

Currently when entering -ve or 0 numbers for eos or rate, an error is only returned once the contract is signed and is not intuitive about the cause. Improve error/exception handling on front end?
