Self-fulfilling orders #50

If I fill my own order it shows only "Staker" row, but no "Leaser" row in active leases. Resources are getting from myself and liquid balance is correct too.

This is because there is only one "lease" entry in the database where you are both the staker and the leaser in this case - it will pick which to show based on whether or not you are the consuming order, but really there's just one entry to show.
