why account chintailease dev permission use threshold 1? #55

that means every dev (eos42freedom, eoscannonchn, eosdacserver...) can transfer the eos token or set contract with the dev permission, maybe the design active permission 6/13 purpose has no effect？

The dev permission is associated with specific actions, such as the ability to put the contract into maintenance mode or cancel someone's order if there is an issue with it. For such tasks, it doesn't matter who of the sponsors actually performs the action.

To transfer funds or set the contract, active permission or higher is needed. Hence the threshold of 6/11

yes i am wrong, the default minimum permission is config::active_name if no linkauth special
