SAML Federation tooltips

• NameID Policy Format tooltip=Specifies the URI reference corresponding to a name identifier format. If SAML metadata for an IdP does not contain NameID Policy Format, this value is put.
• principal type tooltip=Way to identify and track external users from the assertion. This value is put as principal type only for transient IdPs, members of this federation.
• principal attribute tooltip=Name or Friendly Name of the attribute used to identify external users. This value is put as principal type only for transient IdPs, members of this federation.

Are we ok with these tooltips?

NameID Policy Format is for single SAML SP url. Moreover, if IdP does not have NameID Policy Format in xml file, SAML federation NameID Policy Format is putted as value. Principal Type and Principal Attribute is only for transient IdPs of SAML federation. Every time SAML metadata is updated, Principal Type and Principal Attribute of transient SAML IdP is taking its value from SAML Federation Principal Type and Principal Attribute

Moreover, if a federation IdP does not contain NameID Policy Format, this value is put in the NameID Policy Format configuration option for that IdP.
