License unclear #70

I couldn't find a license file or mention in the Readme or the package.json - does that mean that this project is technically closed source? Or is this just oversight...

Do you think we should add the option to choose a license within the quasar create command?

all software in our repos is open source. We are discussing which license we'll be using.
