This alteration lets all IC date things come from watchtower.

the current day number of the month is fetched from watchtower.
It no longer solidifies day of the week to friday till sunday, just use the day it gets from watchtower.
The month and year are no longer hardcoded and are retrieved from watchtower.

It also reinstates 'templeservice' as a broadcast.
