Added

Added new endpoint v2/char_all for unified GET of all characters (closes #26 )
Changed
- Renamed v2/character to v2/char_player
- Renamed v2/figurant to v2/char_figu

From what I can see all is fine. The only odd thing is that char_figu has a skills api? I doubt it will ever be needed. But from what I can see it was already there.

Yes it was already there. It was copy/pasta to include it so I saw no harm in doing so
