Issue passed by EOS42 and SHEos #38

Ryan from EOS42 and Ben Sigman from SHEos tell us there were voted by a proxy called Kaizen (i million+ votes), he says the vote never showed in their pie(he constantly checks it), but it does show in the proxy vote actions, and also showed in a bot EOS42 use screen shot 2018-10-18 at 22 56 30 Here is a photo of EOS42 pie with the biggest vote not being Kaizen screen shot 2018-10-18 at 22 52 52 Even more strange it shows up in the votes screen shot 2018-10-19 at 01 19 37

i checked, function still working, that's action could be 48 hour ago

they both told me it never showed up, Ryan use our tool everyday, many times a day

i did test with myself, i think there is no problem, next time please make sure the action time is not past 48 hours
