I've been researching on the topics to be covered in this guide. Putting in Fridge for now while resolving other higher priority tickets re: EVM and locale support.

Upgraded DUNE to v1.1.2. However, some permission examples still don't work.
Putting back on Fridge to focus on current Node Operator journey tickets.
