(*) Note that a Command Reference makes more sense for a "product" guide like this. A more path/journey-based guide using DUNE would be more suitable for the Smart Contracts getting started section.

Changed title of this ticket by adding "Smart Contract" DUNE guide. With this change, the TOC also needs updating. So the following TOC is proposed:

Overview
Installation
- Linux
- Windows
Node setup
- Set up EOS node(s)
- Create wallets and keys
- Create test accounts
Smart Contract Development
- First contract "Hello World" with write/read row (consider: singleton contract instead)
- Compile contract
- Deploy contract
Smart Contract Testing
- Send actions
- Get table data
