Gather information to create a guide to help developers raise and connect a Block Producer to the mainnet.

This is meant to explain:

• [ ] Importance of votes and what stand-by and active producers are
• [ ] Network topology
• [ ] Types of nodes (prod node, blocks-only relay, tx+block relay)
• [ ] Setting up signing keys
• [ ] Registering and unregistering as a producer
• [ ] Claiming rewards

AC:

• Compile all the information required and dump it into a document to be used for the writing of the guide
• Create a ticket to write the guide linking to the required information
