Add node software prelude to node operation journeys

Node operator section begins with hardware requirements. Some background is needed to introduce nodeos and get acquainted w/ node operator software before discussing node configuration, plugins, options, etc.

AC:

• provide a brief introduction to nodeos
• introduce config options and types
