Kevin brought up that he was seeing some anomalous results from the performance harness and suggested that if we had historical data we would be able to tell if this was spurious or not.

The full set of steps. 1) Need to work with engineering leadership on the proper hosting solution for large runner 2) Setup the new hosting solution 3) Automate via cron 4) Store stats from runs

New large runners are a substantial body of work, so I broke that out into its own ticket as engineering issue 79.
