Requirements gathering complete. No new tasks for Iteration 1 of EVM Monitoring and Alerting

This epic is complete. Check out the screenshots and closing summary from my last ticket in this epic for more details. Feedback and feature requests are welcomed in phase 2.

I estimate this system will cost $5.91 per one million events in the US datacenter, and $11.40 per one million events in the Asia-Pacific datacenter. Note that we are billed per-unit on a monthly cycle, so the cost will be a fraction of this amount. The cost may even be $0, as AWS has a free tier for some components.
