Staking Cloud Infrastructure

In order to host the first instance of the new staking portal, we need to configure the subdomain stake.eosnetwork.com with a VPS to support sveltekit.

Per IM discussion with @stephenpdeos on 2024-06-27, Sveltekit will generate a static (pre-rendered or client-rendered) website which will be hosted from a bucket.

The benefits of this architecture include:

• Cheaper - the learn.eosnetwork.com domain costs us less than $4/yr. to host, compared to docs.eosnetwork.com at $486.27/yr. on what is likely an undersized instance.
• Faster
• Infinitely Scalable
• Secure - no software to keep up-to-date, no server to hack.
• Simpler - no software setup, no configuration, no need for remote access.
• Unprivileged - no IAM users, no SSH...just deployed from GitHub.
