Update current EOS app to become the basis of several Ledger apps for Antelope Chains

1 source package, 6 build targets…
1 Base App for all Antelope chains
5 Head Apps (1 for each chain + Antelope)

Why?

Coalition chains will have their own apps now
Smaller size on device for users with multiple apps
Lower cost (only 1 security audit required for source package)
