Add support for snapshot endpoint #30

This adds support for a new snapshot_endpoint field for better discoverability of BP endpoints that offer public snapshot downloads.

I think this should be placed at the organization level for each chain, pointing to a website, while the json snapshot api itself will fit on the nodes array
