Could a md5 checksum be provided from the latest versions as they appear. The current version installed crashes I get wallet errors (covered it seems by someone else ) then I can finally run it and click on github to update. From the app the website link is still stuck on 0.5.3

An md5 checksum to verify the exe ..would be great. Also some notes if you save the say a wallet.dat file or something like with other crypto coins in %appdata%roaming.. so if it really bricks WONT load you can go back to a previous version ..and re-install the wallet.dat. Apology if EOS does not work like say other cypto wallet coins .. but at least considering there was github cracks and wallets being replaced with others code.. an md5 checksum for each version would be great .

Auto-update was disabled so please install 0.6.1 directly, links on the website were just updated. Please explain better what is your proposal with the wallet.dat file

MD5: 07a9a2e2baf4ab6bd80419fbcf6fd10e simpleos-setup-0.6.1.exe SHA256: b44b0ef78d54b9aab69dcbfba035abd2e74f12ef4041d4c636f373e28dba2add simpleos-setup-0.6.1.exe

Thank you

Regarding the wallet.dat file as you may or I am sure that you know ..for DASH forked coins anyway.. for windows the create a wallet.dat file by default located in %appdata%roaming.. so if you install another wallet you can re-import you wallet.dat file to restore you wallet and coins..

NOW I am not sure how EOS works but when you install the simpleos and you enter the keys and its local to your machine .. can you provide a readme file where this is located so it can be BACKED up as an additional security for my EOS ?

Many thanks

Iain
