Adds more robust handling for iCal files containing complex recurrence rules:

Recurrence rules with exceptions ("daily at 7 PM except 7/4")
Individual edits of a specific recurrence ("On 7/3, title='Day before 7/4' and start at 9 PM instead of 7 PM")
