Make RecyclerCursorAdapter implementation #10

There are few implementations of RecyclerCursorAdapter - so sticky headers for this adapter would be great...

Can you give some examples of RecyclerCursorAdapter implementations ?

RecyclerCursorAdapter implementation is not in the lib scope.
