[Maya] publish_checker.py. Fix and help buttons added for each publish element. Any definition starts with the publish name and ends with [___fix] prefix in publish.py makes the fix button available in UI. Definitions added for close() and reject() signals for fixing empty published version issue.
[Maya] __init__.py. A splash screen image under ./config/images will be shown during post publish process while locking Maya. This prevents user to interrupt the process while indicating post publish in progress. Also all errors will be shown in a confirmDialog.
[Maya] auxiliary.py. run_pre_publishers() and run_post_publishers() updated to show what is happening under the hood to user. get_root_nodes() now handles [display_points] transform type.
