Leader 7 spread out - seems to only be immune cells Maier seems to only be immune cells

Must check both papers

Lambrechts has immune cells reversed of cluster

It was because of reversed axes, but the UMAP is equivalent. The problem is that some labels are missing. This must be because they are very few.

All of the Leader ones are only immune cells so they don't count. Maier and Lambrechts to check Guo seems to have floats > 1

Maier annotates all of its cells as unknown It is only dendritic cells https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7787191/ So al the other types are almost never present.

Laughney loses around 40% of cells with the recommended filters by luca

Chen is only mononucleated cells. Which is fine.

Goveia is only endothelial cells

Added info about how adjacent the normal_adjacent samples are. In summary almost always more than 5cm apart.
