Sometimes pool count is off by one #179

On the REST version of the report it looks like sometimes the virtual servers entries can have an empty pool listed. ie: "" This causes the ui to display "Show 2 associated pools" when there's really only one valid pool.

I think this one still happens. I'm not sure what's causing it.
