Assigned monitors are not shown if Availability Requirement is set to "At Least" #196

If the Availability Requirement of a health monitor for a pool is set to "At Least..." assigned monitors are not displayed. Example entry in pools.json:

monitors": [
      "min 1 of { /Common/webmonitor /Common/https }"
]
