a StatusVIP is enabled for more than one load balancer

polling will update the ip:port multiple times
Each update should be constrained to the current load balancer and not update the addr:ip on other load balancers as they might have network reachability issues. It should be safer to update the addr/ip on other pools, but if the health checks were different, the status might also be different even on the same load balancer. I don't have any ip:port instances setup like this, but I might make one to test on.
