button Add/Delete with internalization #126

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add variable "oLanguage": {"sUrl": "dataTables.french.txt"}

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
before add, i can see add/delete button on the top, after add internalization 
buttons disapear

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest - windows XP
