Issue found while testing https://github.com/epam/Indigo/issues/1436

Describe the bug Add/Remove explicit hydrogens works wrong for molecules with Radical=Diradical (triplet)

Steps to Reproduce

Load from file: SimpleAtomsWithAnyAtomAsCatalizator.zip (unzip first)
Press Add/Remove explicit hydrogens button

Actual behavior No bond

Expected behavior Bond in place
