Issue found while testing https://github.com/epam/Indigo/issues/1436

Describe the bug Adding hydrogens converts Pseudoatom atom into invalid atom (R#)

Steps to Reproduce

Load from file: Pseudoatom.zip (unzip first)
Press Add/Remove explicit hydrogens button

Actual behavior R replaced with R# and since that moment canvas become invalid and no way to save it

Expected behavior

AlexeyGirin commented 5 months ago

Moved to Refined Backlog since no fix over 2 versions
