Bicycles from Library are changed after select Add/Remove Explicitly Hydrogens #1809

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Ket file with Bicycles from Library image

  2. Add and Remove explicit hydrogens image

Actual behavior Bicycles from Library are changed after select Add/Remove Explicitly Hydrogens Kindly see pictures. https://github.com/epam/Indigo/issues/1767 Task https://github.com/epam/Indigo/issues/1436
