System changed atom and label positions after save to CDX #1870

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Put on the canvas atom (C in my case) and text label together in the left bottom corner image
  2. Save canvas to CDX
  3. Load it back as New Project

Actual behavior System puts atom in the top right corner and text label remain in place image

Expected behavior All entities remain its positions after load image
